Yamaha Inaugurates 500th Blue Square Showroom, Strengthens Premium Retail Footprint Across India
Landmark achievement underscores Yamaha’s commitment to delivering a superior customer experience and expanding its premium two-wheeler ecosystem.

Yamaha Motor India has marked a major milestone with the launch of its 500th Blue Square showroom, underscoring its strategic push in the premium motorcycle segment and enhancing customer experience across India. The expansion solidifies Yamaha’s footprint across all four regions of the country, bringing its performance-driven ethos and racing heritage closer to a new generation of riders.
Introduced in 2019 under the brand’s “The Call of the Blue” campaign, Blue Square outlets are more than just showrooms—they are exclusive experiential spaces designed to immerse customers in Yamaha’s rich motorsports DNA. The name “Blue Square” captures the essence of this vision: ‘Blue’ representing Yamaha’s racing lineage, and ‘Square’ symbolizing a vibrant platform for customer interaction, lifestyle engagement, and brand discovery.
In just the last nine months, Yamaha has added 100 new Blue Square outlets—a testament to its customer-centric retail strategy and growing demand from premium buyers. The showrooms offer dedicated zones for genuine accessories, apparel, and lifestyle products, and also act as community hubs through initiatives like Blue Streaks, which bring Yamaha riders together for rides, events, and shared experiences.
Mr. Itaru Otani, Chairman, Yamaha Motor India Group of Companies, shared:
“The 500-showroom milestone reflects our strong focus on accessibility, aspirational value, and deep customer engagement. Blue Square showrooms are pivotal to delivering a consistent, premium Yamaha experience while building a loyal and passionate community.”
Each showroom showcases Yamaha’s latest and most popular offerings, including the Supersport-inspired YZF-R3, MT-03, AEROX 155, along with the YZF-R15 series, MT-15, FZ lineup, and the Fascino 125 FI Hybrid and Ray ZR FI Hybrid scooters. These products are tailored to cater to India’s evolving premium two-wheeler segment, promising exciting performance and cutting-edge technology.
With the growing Blue Square network, Yamaha is not only redefining its retail identity but also reinforcing its vision to become a top-of-mind brand for young, performance-oriented Indian riders.
