Ducati Unveils the New Panigale V2 and V2 S

Ducati continues to raise the benchmark in the middleweight superbike segment with the latest Panigale V2 lineup — bringing sharper performance, enhanced electronics, and superior handling dynamics inspired by its MotoGP DNA.

The new Panigale V2 S takes the brand’s signature combination of performance and sophistication to the next level, boasting a lithium-ion battery, a top-tier braking system with Brembo M50 monobloc calipers, and a suite of latest-generation electronics powered by a 6-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (6D IMU).

Advanced Electronics and Rider Aids

At the heart of the Panigale V2 S is Ducati’s most advanced electronic suite, offering comprehensive control across varying conditions and riding styles. The system includes Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), Ducati Power Launch (DPL), Ducati Pit Limiter (DPL), Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) 2.0, and Engine Brake Control (EBC) — all standard features that make the V2 S one of the most intelligent middleweight superbikes on the market.

A new 5-inch full-TFT display enhances the cockpit experience, offering crisp visuals and intuitive access to multiple riding modesRace, Sport, Road, and Wet. Complementing the technology suite is a Full-LED headlight setup with DRL, delivering enhanced visibility and a striking front profile.

The single-seater configuration underlines the V2 S’s pure racing intent, while a passenger kit remains available as an optional accessory.

Panigale V2: The Core of Ducati Performance

The standard Panigale V2, finished in the iconic Ducati Red, shares much of its DNA with the V2 S but remains more accessible without compromising on performance. It features a two-seater configuration, 43 mm Marzocchi front fork and Kayaba rear monoshock — both fully adjustable — and a lead-acid battery.

Weighing in at 179 kg (kerb, without fuel), the Panigale V2 offers an exceptional power-to-weight ratio, maintaining Ducati’s hallmark balance of agility and control. Riders seeking additional race-focused functionality can also opt for Ducati Power Launch (DPL) and Ducati Pit Limiter (DPL) as accessories.
