Ducati debuts the cutting-edge DesertX Rally, the pinnacle of off-road motorcycles

Ducati, the renowned luxury motorcycle brand, has introduced the all-new DesertX Rally in India, featuring top-notch race-inspired components and high-quality solutions optimized for both off-road performance and sophistication, a hallmark of Ducati motorcycles. Priced at INR 23,70,800 (Ex-Showroom India), the DesertX Rally will commence deliveries in the final week of May.

Inheriting the Ducati legacy, the DesertX Rally embodies a unique and incomparable aesthetic. Its fresh livery and off-road attributes immediately capture attention, while its technical excellence truly elevates it to an off-road dominator.

Equipped with a raised front mudguard for enhanced maneuverability in rugged terrain, Kayaba suspension derived from motocross offers extended travel, featuring a closed cartridge fork and shock absorber with an enlarged piston, empowering riders to tackle any challenge effortlessly.

Enhanced by newly designed central-spoked wheels optimized for off-road racing, the Rally excels across diverse landscapes. Augmented by a lightweight and resilient forged carbon sump guard, gear pedals, and rear brake lever crafted from solid materials, the Rally is unmistakably tailored for the most daring adventures.

The DesertX Rally boasts a 937 cc Ducati Testastretta 11° twin-cylinder engine with desmodromic distribution, delivering 110 hp at 9,250 rpm and 92 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. Specifically tuned for off-road adventures, it offers consistent power delivery and precise electronic system calibrations.

With six Riding Modes (Sport, Touring, Urban, Wet, Enduro, Rally), the DesertX Rally provides tailored features like Cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), and Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) adjusted for demanding off-road conditions.

Accessed through a high-resolution 5″ color TFT display, the electronic features are seamlessly integrated with the Ducati Multimedia System, enabling smartphone connectivity for music control, call management, and optional Turn by Turn navigation*. Additionally, the DesertX Rally includes a Utility Bar for standard satellite navigation mounting.

Service intervals for the DesertX Rally occur every 15,000 km or 24 months, with valve clearance checks recommended at 30,000 km.
