TVS Motor Company Achieves Record Sales, Profit, and EBITDA Margin in FY 2024-25
TVS Motor Company has reported its highest-ever financial and operational performance for the fiscal year 2024-25, achieving record sales volumes, revenue, EBITDA margin, and profit.

Financial Highlights for FY 2024-25

Revenue: ₹36,251 Crores, a 14% growth over ₹31,776 Crores in FY 2023-24.

Operating EBITDA: 12.3%, an improvement of 120 basis points over the previous year.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹3,629 Crores, up 31% from ₹2,781 Crores in FY 2023-24.

Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹2,711 Crores, compared to ₹2,083 Crores in the previous fiscal.

Q4 2024-25 Performance

Revenue: ₹9,550 Crores, up 17% from ₹8,169 Crores in Q4 2023-24.

Operating EBITDA: ₹1,333 Crores, the highest ever for a quarter, compared to ₹926 Crores in Q4 2023-24.

PBT: ₹1,112 Crores, versus ₹672 Crores in the same period last year.

Operating EBITDA Margin: 14.0% in Q4; excluding Production Linked Incentive (PLI) benefits of previous quarters, the margin stands at 12.5%, up from 11.3% in Q4 2023-24.
During the quarter, TVS Motor recognized PLI income for the full financial year 2024-25, reflecting progress in line with the Ministry of Heavy Industries’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on PLI.
Sales Highlights for FY 2024-25

Total Two-Wheeler and Three-Wheeler Sales: 47.44 lakh units, a 13% growth over 41.91 lakh units in FY 2023-24.

Motorcycle Sales: 21.95 lakh units, up 10% from 19.90 lakh units.

Scooter Sales: 19.04 lakh units, a robust 21% growth from 15.70 lakh units.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Sales: 2.79 lakh units, a 44% increase from 1.94 lakh units, expanding TVS Motor’s EV customer base to over five lakh.

Three-Wheeler Sales: 1.35 lakh units, compared to 1.46 lakh units in the previous fiscal.
Q4 2024-25 Sales Performance

Total Sales: 12.16 lakh units, a 14% growth over 10.63 lakh units in Q4 2023-24.

Motorcycle Sales: 5.64 lakh units, up 10% from 5.11 lakh units.

Scooter Sales: 5.02 lakh units, up 27% from 3.96 lakh units.

Electric Vehicle Sales: 0.76 lakh units, a 54% surge compared to 0.49 lakh units.

Three-Wheeler Sales: 0.37 lakh units, up 21% from 0.30 lakh units.
